Licence and renewal
The trial (started by connecting Telegram), the warnings before it ends, and what happens when a licence lapses.

What it does#
Each cafe has its own licence, tied to that server. The free trial starts when you connect your own Telegram on the setup page after installing - one trial per Telegram account; more cafes connected to the same Telegram during the trial join it and end on the same date. Without Telegram, your provider activates the server. After the trial your provider renews it.
How to use it#
Send /license for the state and the days left. Your dashboard shows the same.
The bot reminds you twice before the end: 3 days before and 1 day before.
Each warning has a Pay now button that opens the payment page for that cafe. There are no extra days after the end: when the licence ends, updates stop until it is paid. Nothing changes on the server and nothing needs reinstalling when it is renewed.
Paying. Open your dashboard (/dashboard) and the Billing tab. The price is per cafe server: $15 a month, or $150 a year (12 months for the price of 10).
- Press Pay 1 month or Pay 1 year. The page shows an invoice, the address (also as a QR code to scan with your wallet app) and the exact amount.
- Send exactly that amount in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network from your wallet or exchange.
- Paste the transaction ID (TxID) your wallet or exchange shows, and press I have paid.
- We check the payment and confirm it, usually within a few hours. Your licence is extended from its current end date - paying early never loses days - and the bot tells you the new date.
Warning: Only the TRON (TRC20) network. USDT sent on any other network (ERC20, BEP20...) does not arrive and cannot be recovered.
Important: The payment address is only ever shown on your own dashboard (the Billing tab, opened from our bot's /dashboard link). We never send a payment address in a chat message - if someone does, it is not us.
Bought GamesUpdater through a reseller? Then you pay them, not us: your Billing tab says who, and the reminders say to renew with them. You get a message here when they have renewed it.
Paid from one Binance account to another? Binance may not show a TxID for that; send support a screenshot of the transfer instead.

The difference in that last row matters: a server that cannot be reached is never treated as an expiry, so an internet outage at your cafe does not stop your updates.
Terms of use#
These are the standard terms for using GamesUpdater. They are short on purpose.
- One licence, one server. A licence is for the server it was first installed on. If you replace or reinstall your server, tell your provider and the licence is moved to the new one at no charge.
- No copying or sharing. Do not copy the program or its updates to other computers, give them to anyone else, or resell or re-host the service.
- No taking it apart. Do not modify the program, remove its licence or signature checks, or record and reuse what the GamesUpdater server sends to your server in order to build or run another product.
- Unusual use is noticed. One licence on several machines, or an unusually large amount of requests, is detected automatically. A licence used outside these terms may be paused or ended.
- Your logins stay yours. The launcher logins you store are used only to sign in for you on your server. They are not sold or shared.
- When a licence ends the updater stops running on that server. Your games stay installed.

When something needs you#
- A warning about days left - forward it to your provider.
- "being checked" for more than a day - message support with the invoice number.
- "not valid" after you renewed - the server picks the renewal up on its next contact, within a few minutes. Send /license again; if it still says so, tell your provider.
